Check on the young trees planted around the new wetland last winter - and dig in a few new plants to fill in the spaces where they didn’t make it through the hot, dry summer.
It's important that you register as this helps us plan our activities and means that we can confirm the meeting place and time and let you know if plans change or it is cancelled (for instance plans/venue may change if the weather forecast is bad!) and ensure we have the correct tools and equipment for everyone.
Suitable for all ages – under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
What to Wear: old warm clothes – long-sleeve tops, trousers, waterproofs and gardening or work gloves (we can lend you some! Wear wellies or sturdy shoes/boots.
What to Bring: Hats, waterproofs (just in case), drinks and lunch.
