Improving the River Petteril

This catchment management case study uses multimedia to help students learn about ecosystem services, water quality and pollution pressures, using data and evidence to manage catchments, and the Water Framework Directive.

A main railway line runs from front to back of the picture. A river runs along its right-hand side ,and a motorway bridge is at the back of the image, running over both the railway and river.
