Event Details:

Welcome to the seventh in our summer series of wellbeing walks, designed for anyone who would like to discover new places in the Eden with friendly, like-minded people. These walks offer a chance to explore some of the region’s most beautiful landscapes at a gentle, accessible pace.

Discover woodland trails, riverside paths and historic parkland with stunning views of Lowther Castle and the River Lowther.

This week we explore the grounds of Lowther Castle and the surrounding River Lowther valley.

This walk is ideal if you enjoy scenic views, woodland paths, and open parkland. We’ll be thinking about how rivers shape landscapes, moving from higher ground down into the valley and noticing how the environment changes along the way.

A peaceful, uplifting walk in a striking historic setting.

We want everyone to feel welcome on this walk. If you are unsure whether it is suitable for you, please get in touch before booking and we can advise.
