We were fortunate to have a settled and dry day for some water safety training yesterday but did have a late change of venue after the heavy rains on Sunday, heading for the more predictable waters of Ullswater. Safety line throwing, rescue techniques and theory undertaken to improve the safety of volunteers and staff working around the area’s lakes and water courses.
