Webinar format
The webinars will be hosted on the Zoom platform. We'll aim for a 45 minute talk supported by slides and video, followed by a short Q&A session to answer your questions.
If you attend the live talk, you'll have the opportunity to submit typed questions throughout the online talks. We'll hold short Q&A sessions at the end of each talk covering questions raised which should take us up to the hour mark with a finish around 4pm.
We'll email you with a Zoom webinar link to live talks for everyone who has registered one week before the event date. All you'll need is a reasonable internet connection speed and the Zoom link provided. You won't need to download software or have a camera or microphone connected.
We'll also provide a recording of the talks and Q&A sessions to everybody who registers so don't worry if you are unable to attend any of the talks on the day or have to leave a webinar early.
