Event Details:

We’ll be helping a school group plant wildflower plugs along the buffer strip that was fenced off a couple of years ago. The trees are growing fast and supporting extra wildlife along the riparian corridor so now we can add an extra dimension by boosting the herb layer around them to help make this site a real haven for local wildlife.

We’re in the process of switching over to Team Kinetic as a volunteer management system. If you are interested in any of our opportunities but don’t want to Register your details on Team Kinetic please get in touch with the volunteer co-ordinator directly - email [email protected] or phone the office on 01768 866788.

Suitable for all ages – under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

What to Wear: old clothes – long-sleeve tops, trousers, waterproofs and gardening or work gloves (we can lend you some! Wear wellies or sturdy shoes/boots.

What to Bring: drinks, hats, sunscreen and waterproofs (just in case) and lunch if you plan to stay all day.
