Event Details:

We're delighted to see the return of PACT's Seedy Saturday event in 2026. We're busy designing our ERT stand feature some of our own green fingered growing activities.

It's always a popular event and a great way to supercharge the start of your growing season. As always, there’ll be lots of free seeds on offer, and experienced growers on hand to give you advice to help you grow your own food and cultivate your garden.

Speakers on the day will be: Shelagh Todd, “My Fellside Garden”; Elizabeth Woodcock, “Gardening in a Changing Climate”; and Paul Cambre of Growing Well “Cultivating Good Mental Health: Commercial Organic Horticulture in a Therapeutic Setting”.

This is a drop in event organised by Penrith Action for Community Transition (PACT). You'll find more information on its website: https://www.penrithact.org.uk/event/pact-event-seedy-saturday/
