Volunteer work party: prep pens for water vole release

Pre-Project Pen Prep (for perfect water vole reintroductions)

Help us sort, tidy, clean and repair a large stack of breeding and release pens that have been donated for our water vole project.

Suitable for: anyone – those with experience of woodwork will be especially welcome.
Experience: no experience needed.
Wear/bring: gloves and stout footwear/wellies, old work clothes, waterproofs, drinks, snacks & lunch.

How to take part:

1. Let us know in advance that you’re planning to attend:

• call Jenni Payne (Volunteer Coordinator) on 01768 866788

before the work party to let us know that you intend to come along so that we can confirm the meeting place and time and let you know if plans change or it is cancelled (for instance plans/venue may change if the weather forecast is bad!) and ensure we have the correct tools and equipment for everyone,
