Volunteer ‘Drop In’ Day
Help Reveal Engine Lonning’s Hidden History
Cumberland Council needs help to clear vegetation around footpaths steps and hidden historical railway infrastructure.
Cumberland Council , Eden Rivers Trust, and Carlisle Green Spaces volunteers will be there on the day and if you can get along to lend a hand that would be grand!
The event is being run by Cumberland Council who will provide equipment, training, tea and the biscuits. All you’ll need is some suitable footwear and waterproofs’.
They’ll be running a two hour morning and afternoon session but feel free to attend both!
Morning from: 10.30am – Afternoon 1pm
